What do you think a webmasters forum with these details be worth much money?

1500 REAL members

around 1500 visits each day with NO advertising at all, all comes from search engines and few members.

Can you state how much you have made so far?

1500 unique visits? If on Adsense 9000 visitors can get you 113$ daily, then 1500 uniques can get you 18$ daily (if you work). PR4 and 4 year old is a vast deal. Sell sitewide on forum if it has a niche for probably 20$/month. For 1 year I would say based on Adsense and other advert. earnings you could make in 12 months if you work straight and everything is steady probably 8k$.

Plus you said with NO advertising. So with a good marketer (like me) you could probably triple that to 4.5k a day. That raises your site revenue to 21k$ in a year (beat the weatherman salary).

I can't really give a good estimate how much it would be worth yet, please provide more details.

 

Thanks a lot for your say in this matter. I agree when you say I need to market it more but I really haven't found any one to do this for me! I had a man while ago that got my site to where it is but he only go's online to look at his autopilot site that make him that much money he doesn't have to work this summer

It's so hard finding a marketer that your can trust with money and won't just deliver fake traffic. I'm not about to use services because they are way to expensive, so finding a individual that I can trust and not overcharging is HARD.

To sell it won't fetch too high of a price. If you took advantage of your community and pushed advertising I'd say you could easily make $10,000 to $20,000 per year and increase it always. There are big webmaster forums doing several million per year on advertising but most webmasters can't comprehend that kind of success. Webmaster traffic is extremely valuable in the right hands.

hmmm sounds like a nice asset but have you made even a dime on it?

any monetization figures would help. I'd think maybe a few dollars per member, but are any of the members spammers?

I had a forum with tons of members but like half were spammer names.

 

The funny thing is that it doesn't have that many spammers, maybe 50 and they haven't been using the forum at all because I have a good team deleting posts that don't fit to the community.

I don't have adsense, or any kind of advertising on the forum just a sponsor hosting banner and some link exchange links. I don't want to have it with many ads because this has got good members that all come ones and a while and talk together and make connections. and I intent to keep it that way. but I get about 30 new members each month and it has been like that for about a year. and this is only coming form word of mouth.
