    Despite listening to oodles of NWOBHM and a smattering of other genres, I'd have to go with the ever popular Irona Maiden.

    I've only considered the Heavy Metal genre in a slightly broad fashion, since it is criminal to compare, say, Death/Black Metal with the generalised term that people tend to call "Rock music".
