Whats wrong with Soccer sites ?

I don't know whats wrong with those niches. Despite a fairly good amount of clicks, you just get about 30 cents. A friend of mine who has a Soccer news site told me that he gets 40 cents for 11 clicks.
Is that due to MFA ? or what ?.

Any response will be appreciated.

 

yes its a low paying niche , one of my friends too get low cpc on his football blog even my niche is very low paying , you hve no control over cpc mainly because in this niches adwords is maily used to bring traffic and not for selling products

 

Aint there any solution ?

I bet American football has better niche. I guees CPC there is more expensive than in soccer.

I also manage a soccer forum and have Adsense on it... not bad clicks but very low earning. I compliment it with AuctionAds and AdToll as well. The combination of them works not too bad.

I find that not putting all your eggs in one basket and diversifying pays dividends.

 

Its not really surprising that its a low paying niche because you can't really expect too many advertisers pouring too much money in. If they did, what would they do it on that would merit paying dollar a click?

 

Most of the niches are paying that low nowadays.

 

Well it' in the entertainment niche (low paying) but not evrything is for monet if you have god traffic you can be kappy olso with a soccer site

 

i think your main problem is mfa sites. i hope earnings will increase when you filter mfa sites
