    hey,
I run a site that gets most of traffic from search engines such as google, yahoo, and msn. Last month and this month, i have seen great amount of traffic from aol, msn, and ask. Thats not usual for me looking at stats with 1-2k visits from aol, msn, and ask. Is it only me or someone else experiencing this too?

    peace

I have also experienced this. Looks like these sites are powered by Google etc so if you rank high from Google or other prime SEs, they will bring you traffic especially aol.

I've perhaps seen a small shift 5-10% away from Google to other search engines, but G is still around 60%+ of the total.

I just some days will suddenly get traffic boost from other search engines like aol and some unknown search engines, but most of the time, google is the main share.

Dang - send some of that traffic my way! Unfortunately, I have not seen this trend at all - if anything, the opposite of the trend. Sounds great though - I would love to see more 2nd and 3rd tier engines show some competitive muscle.
