What's wrong with my website related to Google indexing and sitemap?

I would like to get your opinion on what's wrong with my website (www dot smartechconsulting dot com). My website is a pretty small one with around 800 URLs. It is a hosted website by NetSuite. All the website contents are stored in a database and are pulled from NetSuite on demand.

I have this website for four years and spend a few thousand dollars each month on Google Adwords. But it seems Google has some problems indexing my site. For example, one keyword (GX-1420B) is placed at the No.1 position on the first page of Google. Another keyword (GX-1405B) is placed on the second page. However, it shows the URL for GX-1420B, not URL for GX-1405B. It seems the URL for GX-1405B hasn't been indexed.

Last week, I uploaded a sitemap with more than 800 URL to Google. Till now, only 1 URL is shown as indexed by Google under Google Webmaster Tools. Please give me suggestions on what's wrong with my website:
    1. Will hosted website with dynamic contents in a database hurt Google indexing?
    2. Are there any problems with very long descriptive URLs I used in my website?

    Thank you for the help!

    Victor

Just seen you post and noticed that this keyword GX-1405B is returning results in google? I am assuming that it was a case of waiting for google to update the download of your sitemap?
