Hello. Please help me. Something seems off in my Pontiac Grand Am site's design. The header/logo area, IMO, looks fantastic, but below that it all seems boring. What can I do to make it look better? I'm not sure what to do...I just know that it looks really off at the moment.
The header is pretty good, I like it. I think alot of the issue with the rest of the page is, forgive me, but it looks very "Geocities"ish. Have you thought about including your menu links in the header? Possibly between the 2 Pontiac bars, or underneath the bottom one? Another thing I notice is the alignment of the page. With the photos centered and the text left-aligned it looks a bit "off", as you said. Adding another photo and left-aligning the photos would help there, or possibly centering the text. I'm also unsure about the font. Play with fonts a bit and see if that doesn't help it out
I like the overall design. What I'm not feeling is the footer. It doesn't stretch all the way across the page and the navigation and footer do not line up. It is just not a smooth page flow towards the bottom of the page.
Your site is good, and I think a little website tuning will do. NFS authorities might caught you using their logo or the Decepticons might be after your Pontiac too (they may think its JAZZ www.autobotsrollout.com) . Here's a layout that might give you a design direction (attached auto.jpg). Let me know if it helps... Cheers!
