Whats wrong with my site?

    What seems to be the problem on this site... http://vongadgets.blogspot.com/
    What will I do if I have another site and I want to post google ads their, will I have to register the site to goolgle and how to paste competetive ads on HTML?
    I only used from that of blogger when pasting my ads.
