Whats wrong with my placment?

Hello everyone, my site gets an extremely low ctr and cpm. is there anyway you guys can give me some pointers on how to improve my placement/design?

you've definitely have done a good job with color blending the ads.

don't know how to explain it.. but that first post with no content which is only and ad somehow i find that really annoying

 

well i want to put a banner there but im not exactly a php expert so i just made it easy on myself and made a sticky post!

 

One thing that can be suggested is take out the Large rectangle ad at the top right and put it at the end of each post. This would move your sidebars up which would create more interest to the readers. Also why the banner ad at the top inside a post with no content?? As someone said earlier thats very irritating.

You could just do well with three ads. The top links only, the side vertical ad and a bottom large rectangle or the banner sized.

yes, now it is a bit better, also the Categories section is empty
Though this is not relevant for CTR, visitors might get annoyed while visiting your site

u can add halfbanner in your posts...and blend the text and link color in your ads...

You need to increase your site visitors.

 

yeah i used to be getting over 1k uniques daily but then i switched domians from dx4.info to flitools.com. the .info just wasnt workin for me.
