I have been trying really hard to find someone to help me in plain english what I need to do with my blog. I downloaded a template called omni theme ($80 template but downloaded it for free) and uploaded it to wordpress. well, i guess this theme have an options page, just go there, and click save from there, it happend with me some times, whan i install new themes for test, and it need is to go to thems's options and click save, i cant explain why, but that's a solution. if you want what's the probleme, then the probleme is your theme doesnt link to the right CSS.
I can fix this, but need login details for temporary basis for your cpanel or try to change the .htaccess file mode to 777. PM me if you like this
