Do some mind relaxation exercise like yoga and go for aerobics. The higher the positive thoughts going into your mind, the speedier the negative thoughts going out

You should go out and hang out with friends. Playing sports or just go to the beach. Maybe you stuck in the front of your desk too long time.

It's happened to me lately also, its just stress, you need to get out of the house and freaking do something.
My uneducated opinion is that its just a phase. I went through a time in my life when every time I played a first person shooter game I could feel the various parts of my body where other players were taking aim at me. Weird, I know.
