Whats wrong with dp and me

Hello, tring to work with dp for a while but in my explorers dp always giwing errors for a while.
I am from turkey / istanbul and l use firefox, ie and even opera, I am having trouble with cokies for 2 weeks, when l enter my id and pwd it doesnt conn to my account , l clean every cash and cokies and try again after l close and reopen explorers but all same, tring it for daily many times, it doesnt work.
and now today dp is extreamly slow and l am not sure whats wrong with me and with my isp or explorers... or anything wrong with dp? they block peoples from tr ???

 

Try going on at less busy times and it will be faster.

Tick the "remember me" box to stay logged in - then if you want just log out by hand at the end.

 

well, l cant choose and know which times are busy or not, but l conn daily and long times here and read posts...

l do tick the remember me button and l dont use logout when l close window, why should l ?
but still l am having problems...
