What's wrong here?

    I have a wp site, and just uploaded a new theme. I was told to create an "upload" directory in the "wp-content" directory with file permission 777. It's not working. Where's the disconnect? See http://www.militaryloanswithbadcredit.info. Click on "Hello World"

    I'm trying to get my theme to be installed properly. When I click on a page, or blog post it takes me to a 404 error, page not found.
