    you can make a free blog there (wordpress.com) if you dont have domain name to use. Or you can download it on wordpress.org to instal on your own domain if you have.

    So that os both a software (or a shell) for a blog or a service that offers ready-to-use shell and offers free hosting of the desired subdomain...
