What's with these adwords coupons?

    Can someone explain to me all those Adword Coupons on sale in this forum? $200 for $30, $250 for $49, etc., et.,

    Where do these people get these from?

    AdWords Professionals (those with a Client Centre) get to hand them out based on spend. They can only be used in new accounts so they're designed to bring Google more business.
