Whats with the quick blog search engine listings?

    Why does Squidoo, digg and blogger list and rate quicker than a private site?
    Are the quick listings and ratings temporary? :confused:

    Googlebot visits them more often because they're frequently updating and they generally (with many exceptions!) have good content.

    Google bots crawl these websites quickly because these websites have updated content and Google crawl it easily.
