    Hey Kapara, welcome to DP!

This is Adwords' keyword insertion feature:

    http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=74996

If you put best camera into the title of your ad, it will always display best camera. If you put best {keyword: camera}, you'll get best followed by your keyword. If your keyword is too long to fit in the title, it will default to whatever words you have placed after the colon-- in this case, camera.
