What's with negative itrader?

I just found that i have received 2 negative itraders under 2 minutes for just no reason, They are left by someone who never contacted me in life.

I reported them, and nothing happened, What to do next?

Well, I think you should post your thread in the suggestions and feedbacks section, so you would get a reply instantly from the mods or the admin. BTW itraders are reps are unmoderated as per my thinking, still I would advice you to contact any mod, whoever is online to check out your situation
