i have decided that i should walk for sometime daily... i dont do that... and sit in front of comp in office or home for nearly 18hrs... ofcourse for work... but i feel that i should take some time to at least walk some steps... iam becoming fat... that's mine
lol, well its cliche, but its a bit different i guess because i started it about a month before the new year. I am trying to get back to the gym and eat healthier. I used to drink a litre of coke a day at least. Now i drink a can a week if that. and I am at the gym twice a week at least. So i am getting there. if all goes well I will be getting into some MMA for workout purposes mostly but also to get a little aggression out
- live a healthier lifestyle.. broke that resolution yesterday by starting the new year with pizza and 2 bags of chips
-delegate more responsibility -be healthier -keep in touch with old friends -and of course making enough $ to live more comfortably is always a good one
