Whats up with this sites adds ?

Near the bottom of there post they ahve a google add with enlarged text and is longer than a normal add. Did the alter the code ? Cause I'm pretty sure it's against the tos to.

Each post they amke seems to have a different google add with a different size or shape I'm confused O_O

i think it may be the block which shows 2(or 3) ads, but only one is showing

seen something like this happen on my side with a bar going the other direction

 

Put link ads there that will more beneficial

 

o so they block the other adds and in the end there's only 1 add that shows so it stretches out ?

 

by block i mean link block, ad unit what ever the box of ads is called
