Whats up with this Adsense Ad? "Block Youtube" taking over ads

There is nothing wrong with youtube site. It is very information and does not host illegal content. Dont understand why people want to ban or block youtube. The context tells that this advertiser must be bidding high to cover his ad only.
You cannot do anything for this. But I cant understand how Google serves such ads because Youtube is Google's part only.
