    Everything seems fine from here (Bergen, Norway).

    Maybe your country, or parts of your country, has problems with its internet access.

    I'm in the US...I think they are doing some kind of update. Maybe they are trying to integrate the overall google account with your adsense account, like how they did it with adwords with your gmail account.
