So glad to hear that you haven't decided we're too much trouble to deal with. Sorry to hear about your technical problems.
Hahaha well I never said that After much discussion (basically a weeks worth) and getting the coder to look at Apache configuration files and what not, it all came down to something simple, and was fixed literally 5 minutes after my support ticket was *escalated* to management. The issue? The subdomain info.vilesilencer.com, was set up on the new server as a parked domain of vilesilencer.com. Since the entry came first in the Apache config file it showed the same content as vilesilencer.com. Kinda pissed it took a week and money out of my pocket to find a problem that the webhosts should've noticed. But we can't cry over spilt milk now can we. What's done is done, time to move forward. Thanks to everyone for their concern and support! NB: the forum is still offline, I probably need to reconfigure it for the new server... I'll notify when that goes back online *sigh*
The forum is now back online, it was a 500 internal server error, that I've managed to fix... I still need to upload a backup of the databases for October, so I would appreciate if people would refrain from posting, until I've managed to complete the backup restore, as any new posts will be overwritten.
