What's Up With Blogspot

I've had trouble connecting for the past few hours. Mostly it just times out. Anyone know what's going on? They didn't post any maintenance message.

blogspot.com is working, it's just their subdomains that are not for me. blogspot.com is redirecting to blogger.com like normal here.

 

I am jumping on the wagon, I cannot access my blog either. At least it is not just my site.

 

I can't even get the blogger blog to come up. This is where they post information. I can get my blog to come up from time to time which makes me think Ddos, maybe.

Normally I wouldn't have even considered Slashdot being able to take down a site that's now run by Google, but after Analytics got hit hard just from word of mouth, I figure Slashdot could very well have an effect on Blogger.

 

If slashdot can bring down blogger, then they really need to do some upgrading over there. I doubt if this is the real cause.

 

I just got blogger blog to load. Would be nice if they put up a message explaining what's going on.

Edit: Tried the link for Blogger Status at the Blogger Blog, and it's giving a 404.

Edit: Tried the Status link again, and it's returning just "ok"

 

Just got a message to check again in ten minutes. Maybe they are working on the problem right now.

Yea, last night was a pain to access my blog in in Blogger, got like 5-10 time out but today is better, maybe last night there are heavy traffic in Blogger.

 

They have written about the problem in their blog.
