    Yup. I agree with everyone else. This is a custom theme.

    I'm sure there are others out there that are similar to this. Good luck in choosing the one you want!

    Its custom coded template. And in the footer see http://www.qbstech.com/ is a designer. You can get same theme if u hire wp designer.
