what's this site worth? directory

    I'm curious roughly what this site would be worth on the open market.

    General directory, 2.5 years old.
    30K pages indexed in Google.
    44 backlinks in Yahoo, none paid.
    PR4 stable.
    19K DP weight.
    300 uniques per day, mostly from SE's to pages within the directory.
    No income, as I don't run adsense on it.
