    Although the lights are the only clue, Ferrari is a possibility, but will anyone laugh at me if I say...

    The cars are supposed to be "luxury" cars. Celebrities and others will sometimes rent these very expensive vehicles to go to elaborate / formal parties. Some high school kids will rent these as well to show up to their Prom.

    In case you are wondering, a prom is simply a end of they ear party for those about to graduate from high school. It is a formal party.
