whats the form called that a website sends you that has all the order details on it. Its basically an invoice, like if im gonna buy a leaderboard on a site for 1,000,000 impressions and $1000 theyll send me a form with all the details and i have to sign it..whats this form called, its an invoice but theres another name for it.
