You know when Google list your site so that you can see internal links underneath the main title in the search results. Can't remember the term for it, can somebody tell me what that's called please?
Your talking about site links and they will usually only be allocated to sites that hold top spot in serps and have a site structure friendly to creating site links!
It's called "sitelinks" these links from your site are picked randomly considering the value and importance of your site.
site:yourdomainname.com links are different from "sitelinks". Those links indicates the indexed URL of your website.
site:yourdomainname.com - (sitelinks) for checking your indexed pages, i use it to see my internal links link:www.domain.com - (inlinks) to check sites linking to you.
