    I HAVE 60:100 visitor at the day but i have no clicks
    how i promote my traffic and clicks?

    60 to 100 visitors are not enough to earn with adsense.
    It needs to be atleast 600 to 1000/day then you will able to earn a little bit.
    The only problem is traffic for you. Get more and earn. simple. :)

    Okay... well first off, your adsense block color is waaaaay off. Second, taking the time to read adds is not on peoples minds. You'll need to put your add in the post itself. Change the color of your ad... try this:

    1. Background and border color = white
    2. Title = blue (same as your links)
    3. Description = black
    4. Url = black
