What's the wordpress plugin that shows the first post in full but half for others?

You know the one that I'm talking about? I want to try using it on my blog to see how much the page views increase or decrease.

I suppose you could use the "more" function for the posts you want halved or quartered...

 

What I want is that the first post is always displayed in full but the rest automatically insert the more function.

I'm nearly 100% certain that the link to dailyblogtips is for the plugin I was looking for.
