Whats the value of my site?

I bought this domain earlier this year. It just recently became a PR2 so what do you expect the value to be right now?

And what if I make a better, average good looking layout, nothing amazing.

Well, my suggestion is also to make there proxy site. Its good domain for it

 

Yea, its currently a really basic proxy cause I've been too lazy to make it better, but I have some cool plans for it, but its going to be tough to make it work

 

It's a good name. Don't have to develop it into a proxy site...don't know why all you fools insist on that? It could be a landing page or search engine portal/meta search engine or even a social bookmarking site with ease.

Looks like you have two options for niche on this domain:

Websurfers and watersurfers.

I would seriously consider the latter. When I saw the domain the first thing I thought about was surfing waves. This would be a good brand image for a surfing company. Maybe you can develop it and sell it to a surf board company.
