What's the salary range for ROR developer in India?

    I am looking for possibly hiring a Ruby on Rails programmer with about 2+ years of experience in December, and wondering, what is typical salary range for a programmer with such qualifications?

    Im finding between 15-20 per hour.....but thats through outsourcing companies.

    At the start-up provide him with less salary IMO about 10-13,
    If he is found to be very sincere which every one lacks hence give him promotion. :)
