    Hi All,

I've had somebody get in touch with me in regards selling one of my blogs. He is happy with the price that i have set and is asking for my paypal details. This is the first time i've sold a site so I want to make sure that i don't get scammed.

What is the best way to transfer ownership of a blog safely? It we do a straight paypal transaction and I wait until I have recieved the funds before proceeding with transferring site ownership are there any pitfalls that I have to watch out for?

    Feedback very much appreciated!

whatever you do, dont sell it through paypal... or else you will lose the money and your site... everyday scammers scam site owners by buying the site through paypal and as soon as the domain is forward to there name, they make unauthorized transaction claim and your done.... so becareful.... just keep my words in mind that if you use paypal, you will get SCAMMED for sure.....

Yes you should ask the buyer to send you the full amount and hold the money for 50 hour
Only after that you send the buyer the whole blog
