What's the reason?

    I have uploaded site www.cosmeticssurgerycentre.com last week.....upladed sitemap also.....but google hasn't index a single page of this site.....
    even i have digged it's home page also....

    7 days went ......how much time it will take to index ..or is there any technical issue with site?

    Kindly suggest me..

    I can see....but this comes when i TYPE in google search { Site:cosmeticssurgerycentre.com} but when i type { Site:www.cosmeticssurgerycentre.com} it doesn't show anything.....wht's the reason for it...Role of {www.}?

    Are you using google webmaster tool ? if not then try it and set your preferred domain to www.site.com
    It may help you..
