Hello Everyone, Please suggest me the proper way to create pages on sub keywords...? i have a site on medical billing and my sub keyword is medical billing collection Ex - abcd.com/medical_billing_collection/medical_billing_collection.html is it right...? because its more than 4 months i am not getting result..in search engines.. please guide me what should i do.. you all are most welcome.
