what's the problem with:

1. promoting one's site?
2. linking to one's site in a post?

I really don't understand why in every forum one is not allowed to talk about their own businesses while that would be the best area that they know!

Can you explain it to me?

 

you have a sig with 4 links in it, what more do you want? aint that promoting your sites?

So make sure you have contributed (outside Politics & Religion and General Chat) and also make sure when yuo do promote your sites, it's in the appropriate category and in the forum of a discussion if not in Marketplace.

 

Share, share and then advertise(which follows the rules)

 

Because if you try and promote it and it's too much, it's already called spamming.
