I have published it 1 week ago, it was rising but started to fall again. Can you please tell me where did I do wrong?

Hey your site does not cache. But your site is index in Google. So it will take a certain time to rise again in SERP.

Hey you might check your robots.txt file it’s seem clumsy. To get cached your site in the search engine I will suggest you to do SBM of your website.

wait for few weeks. Don't like to get a good rank shortly with over SEO. In that case, you may be penalized. Do a smooth and regular basis SEO. Google always appreciates new sites by giving a good position for first 1-2 weeks, then after 1-2 week, the site is seemed to get its original position. So wait...don't be so hurry.
