Yep, requires definite proof of earnings, if you hold onto it for another couple of months and it continues that same kind of money then I think the price will go up drastically.

Thats min 1k month. I would think its a minimum 3 month rev. It will increase alot if you can show proof and that traffic is constant.

 

It's worth a lot if you actually do make 1.6 million dollars a year. A month's revenue is $4500 so it would be way more. A lot of people are willing to pay 1 years revenue, even 2.
