Hey guys.. heres a question fr all you article marketers.. whats the google PR of all your articles? My articles score from 1-3.. but then i spend time on this.. i generally go for one article in two days and work on increasing its PR.. SO... whats the max PR u have on ur articles in article directories?
I don't know and I don't care. Personally I don't waste time trying to get a PR for my site let alone articles. My articles only serve to get traffic to my sites and backlinks to them....
okay.. the only reason i care bt PR is cos I want my articles to rank high in SERPS(like duuuh ) .. this wud be kinda important fr me as im trying article marketing for a few products..
As far as I'm aware PR doesn't affect rankings, I have numerous number one positions for adsense and or clickbank sites and they either don't have a PR or maybe a PR of 1. I really wouldn't bother, why build up PR to a page that you don't even own?
Well good point.. but ive found out that ive only got sales frm my pages with pr.. the rest barely get any significant view.. also i can have a few links pointing to my blog on the page in the future .. guess thats when it'll rilli be useful..
I am aware that some article marketers do the same thing but I don't think they care about PR so much as just to try and get a lot of links pointing towards their articles to increase their ranking. If there is an article that I am trying to outrank in the serps from EZA I simply switch on the SEO firefox and see how many links it has, if there isn't much then I'll have a go at pushing it out by writing an article and just getting a whole lot of links to it, but I never worry about PR.
High PR isn't quarantee of traffic increase... Some of my sites after last PR update have +1 to +3 PR but no traffic increasing i see...
ahh kay... i have a question.. lets say that i have like 10 pages with PR 1.. and i have a link to a site in each one of them.. does that mean that that the PR of that page cannot be greater than 1?
