PR can make you money by selling links, not much for SERPS.

 

High PR = High Quality Backlinks (or) High Quantity Backlinks = More money from Link Buyers

 

PR is your penis size in inches. Get the bar longer and watch the ladies swoon

 

Makes for lots of forum and blog posts that about it.

 

The Traffic and Google Search Engine Rankings doesn't depend on the Pagerank especially if you have a low PR site. To get traffic from Google, you have to optimize your site.You have to make sure that all of your web pages are indexed and cached in google. Try to submit a sitemap.

 

I guess PR is just a status symbol, and really help link seller and website seller. Do you want search result in large volume... Then concentrate on SERP... NOT in PR...

 

Good job, loud and clear. PR is a very important signal to follow, and combining all statistics is something completely different. This allows you to sniper specific sites... Using statistics is a VERY powerful weapon in the internet marketing arsenal.

if you want to sell ads on your site it's very important to have a high page rank.

 

In my opinion I think it has little value. I have many many sites ranked very well that are new, without PR. I also own many sites that have high PR and are not ranked...

I think it has to do more with how old the site is, etc.

 

My site was PR 2 till few days back and then it became PR 0?
what can be the cause of this?
Has Google banned my site or something?

Basically I feel PR are just good for selling links and getting better opportunites on pay per review websites. PR0 with better SERPs are still much better since better SERPs = more traffic but PR7 doesn't directly mean you have high traffic.

PR has not much to do with the traffic. You have to improve your SERPs in order to get traffic. Building backlinks and adding content will help.

 

PR has no direct relation with traffic. But if you work backwords on what get you high PR? More backlinks = higher PR. Therefore higher backlinks isn't it = Better SERPs = Better traffic.

Sorry to put in like a mathematical way. I guess I like maths too much.

PR is just like , google respect your pages, but they dont send traffic for PR. traffic comes from keywords and better SERP.
PR is jus for good status of site...or else u could sale PR links on yr site...nothin more its of any use.
