I've heard of some people opening multiple affiliate (not one for publisher) accounts on clickbank and was just wondering why? If it's for tracking purposes, is it cool to use the same name for your checks and address and such as your other account? Also, is it a bitch come tax season? Like do you have to sign up for multiple ids and all that?
I use multiple affiliate accounts - for easier tracking. Also you can use the exact same info on all of your accounts, and they'll even direct deposit them all the same. Taxes are not any harder.
Thanks for the response. So I can sign up for a different ID right now and somehow just have the direct deposit go into my same account as the other one without having to fill out a bunch of mumbo jumbo again? Is there somewhere where I just tell them that I want to use the same info or is there a special way to sign up if you already have a primary account?
Multiple Affiliate Accounts make tracking very easy. Even if we follow TID's, it is tedious to analyze the tracking or conversion.
Question tho, if I start with a new account for better track my sales, do I have to go through the 5 unique sales deal again before I see any money, and can I get direct deposit right away or do I have to wait for checks for the first few weeks?
yeah, it is tough about having to wait for the cheques again ... another reason some people do it is that it's *rumoured* that sometimes affiliate accounts get fraud blocks put on them that stop sales going through ... so people switch between accounts to prevent this happening ...
