I've been curious for several days. I stumbled across the BST Forum, and there I saw many people buying and selling limited, but verified PayPal accounts... All right, selling limited PayPal account seems a bit sensible (A bit though), but buying them? Why would any one like to buy a limited PayPal account? Even though they know that the probability of that account, getting verified is very low, rather than the probability of sticking with the limited account for the rest of their lives... So what's the point? Is there a way to get the money out, even though the account isn't verified? Because it seems a bit foolish to me... NOTE: I'm not trying to learn hack PayPal accounts (Just in case ), I'm just curious
If you need to get rid of some dirty money. A simple way to use it is just buy loads of crap using it, or send it to another account.
PP accounts frequently get temporarily suspended, so you have a chance it will be working again soon.
Verified limited Paypal accounts are useful to those who want to move big money, but whose own accounts are limited to $2,500 withdrawals. They can operate on several accounts in parallel.
also scammers will download your transaction history and get tons of identitys to steal. since it was a verified account it will probably have done business with lots of regular paypal user, so the scammer will have good pickings if they manage to get away with just 1 persons identity from the account they bought - which if its a regular ebay seller, will be a few quid.
