Whats the "one" best way to build quality backlinks?

Shoot me down, link exchanges with contextually relevant sites, soo powerful and yet sooo missunderstood, I'm glad, works a treat for me whilst others bury their heads in the sand!

 

That's a tough one. Linkbait to high quality useful content is always a good bet.

 

I feels forums and articles plays an important role in link building.. well blogs are either good too but if you gets do follow blogs then it might work otherwise its good to promote your site in niche within blogs

 

I heard getting natural backlinks is the best way, indeed it is, however if I've got a good quality site related not to SEO or Blogging, where should I start showing my site? Social Networks sucks for this tasks, they are full of webmasters interested for backlinks and to get traffic, they do not care linking others.

Natural links comes when your website is on top of search engines, I've seen that many times.

Forum posting, blog commenting, article marketing, widget, directory submission, creation of external sites: blogspot, squidoo. These are the best ways to start linking your site. Natural links will come later.

 

I also agree with article marketing, especially if reputable media post your articles.

 

I would say

#1 writing articles on a continues basis with Ezine article. It takes about 25 articles before you start to get good traction, but once you get it going you will be glad you did it. Highest Quality Back link
#2 Blogging on a daily basis, but be creative with your anchor text and change it up. Don't be "same old same old"
#3 Forums on a daily basis, but mix up the forums you post on from PR 5-9 don't do all high PR forums and make sure the forums topics you leave your signiture are relevant to your website topic.
#4 Social Bookmarks -- For the best quality Social Bookmarks try to do video tutorials about your area of expertise or how to demo's of your product or service. Like 1 minute clips and then upload to several video hosting website with a soft ware program that allows you to also Social Bookmark each video.

These are the best quality back Links in order of importance I have found, but back linking is a moving target. So whats works great today may be changed tomorrow.
