    i swear that i see that theme in some Joomla theme provider also you can see the source ( datacube dot com/templates/custom/ ) he can change the name of the theme to "custom" of course you know but also you click on any domain and you will jump to the content page but with .html page wtf ? so thats why i think is joomla and i swear i see that theme in joomla theme provider looking for that
