Maybe he spent 1million in advertisements.

 

What's the actual profit or margin when you include advertising expenses?

 

Wow, not even 15k for nearly 600k in sales!!! Isn't that like not even 3% ?

Is that a normal % for CJ?

This revenue was made from 7 different sites. The acutal profit margin is quite high, I spent no more than 10% of the total commission to produce these results - all from PPC. Of course... my methods were blackhat.

15K for nearly 600K in sales is not odd if you knew the some of the merchants I promote. To give you a hint... two of them are travel companies which only pay commissions after customers have completed their reservations.

This would be an interesting post but I always wonder whether people post such stats because they're looking to sell something. Maybe I'm mistaken?

This thread was not started because I wanted to sell anything, however you may think what you want as I have written an ebook on how I attained this level of commission.

This thread was only started to show people that it is possible to reach high end commissions and still get paid by CJ

 

The most I've ever made was just over $1,000 in a single month back in 2006. And that was with the eBay affiliate program. Since then, I've fallen off the map!

the secret is getting people to your site- but how do you get enough people at 1st when you have no $$$$$--my sites been up a week and Im only getting 150-200 hits a day
