Whats The Most Suitable Course?

    if i am to go into the field of telecommunications, i mean like GSM network, which course can i go for.And do u think the course would require some kind of programming?

    field of telecommunications is mostly deals with hardware..not software....If you are a ECE or EE student then it is better for you.........not a programming background
