What's the Most Reliable Tool for Checking Keyword Rankings?

I used Rank Tracker form SEO PowerSuite and SEO small tools ranking checker http://smallseotools.com/keyword-position/ in order to check a keyword ranking for my client. Both the tools said that my clients keyword is not in top 50, but when I used Rank Tracker from Moz.com it showed that my client's keyword ranks #30 !

That was really awkward and looks super unprofessional because a client used a tool that showed him his keyword ranking on position #30. So, it looks that I was lying ...

What's the tool that works for you all the time and is 100% reliable?

I have already used Rank Tracker for checking keyword position. It works well with paid version. I never faced this type of issue.
You used its paid version or free version? May be problem is because of free version.

And also when send the report to the client, it is best to check rank manually on Google by changing the system IP.

I use Rank Traker from SEO PowerSuite when I want to know the rankings for a lot of keywords. However, it's not always consistent, but it gives me a good idea.

I also use Traffic Travis.

Sometimes I search the keyword on Google anonymously (online anonymous proxy server) if I need to know the exact ranking of a keyword. This result always match the result from Traffic Travis.
