    I suppose everyone wants as much as possible. And I think that is not good idea at all to put yourself into those limits.

    I agree that it's not a good idea to put yourself within limits. To answer the question we need to know how much the domain costs, because this is really a question about expected return on investment (ROI). If you'll only get enough traffic to make $5 a day, but the domain is only $25, then you'll have a positive ROI in 5 days. Sounds good to me. In terms of CPC, I never pay attention to CPC estimates. There is ALWAYS low-hanging fruit with low CPC... you just need to settle for lower traffic.
