    The particular domain is registered but the nameservers is not active by any reason.

    It means that your domain is registered, but is missing nameservers.

    Technically, the other 2 posters are correct. Why it's inactive is something to
    ask the registrar.

    Most common reason is expired. Others...well...it can get complex.

    it means that your domain name is not registered, and you cant us it. get another one with ictconsultantskenya.com for a very row rate.

    domains not registered to the name servers of your host so contact the host of u have set nameserver but still getting dis status
