What's the meaning of Flycell--800 list - Google Docs?

    I came across this list: Google flycell--800 list , and I want to know if it will bring positive or negative effect to one's site. What does this list by Google stand for? Actually my directory is listed there and I'm concerned. So, any help will be much appreciated.
